About StackSmart

StackSmart answers one question: does this discount stack at Target?

StackSmart was built by former Target leadership, people who have run stores and know how the register and Guest Services actually handle Circle deals, Circle Bonuses, coupons, price match, gift card promos and the Circle Card 5%.

How we write our rules

• Official sources first. Every rule links to Target's own published policy pages.
• Store experience second. Where Target's policy is silent or unclear, rules are reviewed against real store practice and marked "Confirmed by Target leadership."
• No made-up numbers. Examples are labeled as illustrations. We don't publish statistics we can't source.
• Kept current. When Target changes a policy, we update the rule.

Independence

StackSmart is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Target Corporation. Target, Target Circle and related marks belong to their owner. We may earn money from affiliate links and newsletter sponsors. See our affiliate disclosure.

Spot something wrong?

Policies change, and stores vary. If a rule doesn't match what happened at your register, reply to any issue of the Weekly Best Stacks newsletter and tell us.
